Who it's for
You'll know it's time when…
The venue wants next year's answer before you know what this stop netted.
Bills, entry fees, and merch counts first meet in a winter spreadsheet.
Your bookkeeper rebuilds each event's P&L by hand, every month.
Day one
Day one, the March spreadsheet becomes a live page
Every event gets a Financials tab — revenue, costs, net, and margin.
Vendor bills carry their GL code, brand, and event from entry to payment.
Invoices go out as links studios open in email; aging chases the balance.
Sunday's cash boxes and merch counts settle into the same P&L.
Part of the platform
Same login, same data, same team
Travel, venue, and staffing costs flow from the events you already run.
With Registration on, entry fees land by category, refunds included.
Merch movements post their own cost of goods against the event.
Balanced journal entries leave as files your accountant imports.
What you get
Everything the finance add-on does
Per-event and season P&L
Revenue, expenses, net, and margin — one brand or all of them consolidated.
Bills, coded and approved
GL codes, approval thresholds, AP aging, and payments recorded against the bill.
Invoices and receivables
Sequenced numbers, emailed links, AR aging, statements, and credit memos.
What the people cost
Day rates, travel days, per diems, and honoraria — 1099 totals ready at year end.
Inventory and assets
Merch cost of goods posts itself; assets carry depreciation and an insurance-ready register.
Show-day settlement
Cash boxes, card batches, and merch counts close on-site with attestations.
Budgets vs actuals
Set targets by category; see the gap with season left to close it.
QuickBooks journal files
Balanced entries, Class = brand and Location = event. Direct sync in development.

Does this replace QuickBooks?
No. Your books stay in QuickBooks — we capture the costs and payments while the event runs, then hand your accountant balanced journal entries instead of a spreadsheet to rebuild.
Is this payroll?
No. Pay estimates and honoraria become coded bills so the cost lands on the right event. We don't process payroll, withhold tax, or file anything.
Do we need this yet?
If you can recite each event's margin from memory, wait. The trigger is the first renewal decision that happens before the numbers exist.
